FROHNA, Mo. -- Harold E. Luehrs, 73, of Frohna died Friday, Dec. 26, 2008, at his home.
He was born Nov. 17, 1935, at Farrar, Mo., son of Theodore and Ella Roth Luehrs.
He was a farmer and owner/operator of Harold's TV Repair. He served in the U.S. Army from October 1958 to October 1960.
Luehrs was a member of Grace Lutheran Church in Uniontown, a former member of American Legion Post 133, Dart Ball League and Arnsberg Insurance Bowling Team. He held various church offices at Grace Lutheran and was LLL Softball team catcher.
Survivors include two sisters, Doris Schmidt of Altenburg, Mo., Lorene Rush of St. Louis; and a brother, Arnold "Pat" Luehrs of Farrar.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister.
Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday and from 8 to 11:30 a.m. Thursday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel in Perryville, Mo. An American Legion wake will be held Wednesday evening.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Grace Lutheran Church, with the Rev. Paul Winningham Officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
