Duff, 55, died Wednesday, June 9, 1999, at Fort Sanders Sevier Medical Center in Sevierville, Tenn.
He was born July 7, 1943, in Sikeston, son of Sid and Mary Stafford Duff. He and Clura Scott were married Dec. 27, 1963.

Duff was a 1961 graduate of Sikeston High School. He worked 30 years at Tetra-Pac in Sikeston.
Survivors include his wife; two sons, Harold Duff Jr. and Michael Duff of Sikeston; two daughters, Debra Baran and Lisa Polly of Sikeston; two brothers, George Duff of Scott City, Tom Duff of Blodgett; three sisters, Mary Noles and Frances Alexander of Sikeston, Wanda Robbins of Winchester, Tenn.; and eight grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
