COBDEN, Ill. -- Funeral service for Hal O. Richardson of Cobden was held Wednesday at Lutz & Rendleman Funeral Home here. The Rev. Albert Moore officiated, with burial in Cobden Cemetery.

Richardson, 82, died Monday, Feb. 14, 1994, at Hillside Terrace Nursing Facility here.

He was born Feb. 7, 1912, in Harrisburg, son of John and Julia Francis Owen Richardson.

Richardson had been a carpenter and had worked for a lumber company. He was a veteran of World War II.

Surviving are nieces and nephews, including Lou Stadelbacher of Cobden.
