GREGORY EMMENDORFER

PERRYVILLE -- Gregory D. Emmendorfer, 68, of Perryville, died Thursday, June 6, 1996, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

He was born May 14, 1928, at Perryville, son of Sylvester J. and Beatrice R. Duerr Emmendorfer. He and Louise J. Nelson were married May 20, 1961, in St. Louis.

Emmendorfer was a truck driver, and a 3rd Degree in Knights of Columbus. He served nine years in the National Guard.

Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Colleen Keller of Fredericktown, Laura Morris of Jefferson City; a son, William Morris of Perryville; his mother of Perryville; a brother, Sylvester Emmendorfer of Perryville; a sister, Mava Williams of Springfield; 15 grandchildren, and 15 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a granddaughter.

Friends may call at Miller Family Funeral Home from 2-9 p.m. Sunday, and Monday from 6:30-8:50 a.m. The wake will be at 7 p.m. Sunday and the rosary at 8 a.m. Monday.

Funeral Mass will be at 9 a.m. Monday at St. Vincent's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Kevin Fausz officiating. Burial will be in Fairview Cemetery in Pulaski County, Mo.
