Gregory J. Boitnott Sr., 47, of St. Charles, Mo., died Thursday, Feb. 15, 2007, at his home.
He was born Jan. 25, 1960, in Joplin, Mo., son of William A. and Agnes M. Boitnott.
Boitnott owned and operated G&L Marketing, an auto parts distributor company, the past nine years. He was a member of St. Charles Borromeo Church and the Alliance of Automotive Service Providers. He coached soccer and baseball.
Survivors include his wife, Laura; his mother of Jackson; a daughter, Jamie R. Boitnott of Oakville, Mo.; a son, Gregory J. Boitnott Jr. of Cape Girardeau; a daughter, Meghan L. Boitnott of St. Charles; a son, Corbin J. Boitnott of St. Charles; three grandsons, Ethan J. and Jackson R. Boitnott and Jeromy T. Koepke; a brother, Richard A. (Roberta) Boitnott of Atlanta, Texas; nephews, Jason R. and Neil J. Boitnott; a niece, Carrie R. Boitnott; and nephews, William M. and Ryan A. Boitnott.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Visitation will be from 5 to 8 p.m. Sunday at Baue Funeral Home in St. Charles.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Monday at St. Charles Borromeo Church. Interment will be in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.
