CHAFFEE, Mo. -- Gracie Renee Palmer, 16 days, of Chaffee passed away Tuesday, Dec. 9, 2014, at Saint Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Nov. 23, 2014, in Cape Girardeau, to Jessie Renee Horman and Joshua Evan Palmer.
Survivors include her parents; maternal grandmother, April Schrempf of St. Louis; maternal grandfather, Larry Horman of Chaffee; maternal stepgrandfather, Paul Schrempf of St. Louis; paternal grandfather, Dale Palmer of Sikeston, Missouri; and maternal great-grandmother, Mary Horman of Chaffee.

Friends may call from 11 a.m. until time of service today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee.
The funeral will be at 1 p.m. today at the chapel, with the Rev. Donny Ford officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Cemetery in Scott City.
