ADVANCE -- Grace Woodcock, 76, of Advance, died Sunday, March 26, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Aug. 17, 1919, in Bollinger County, daughter of Willis and Laura Stevens Cook. She and George Woodcock were married Oct. 23, 1945, in St. Louis. He died Feb. 16, 1990.
Survivors include three brothers, Truman Cook of Marble Hill, John Cook of Cape Girardeau, Milford Cook of Granite City, Ill.; five sisters, Opal Lincoln of Cape Girardeau, Essie French of Granite City, Jessie Hoosier of Advance, Myrtle Davis of Jonesboro, Ark., Wilma Vick of Paragould, Ark.; eight grandchildren, and two great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a daughter.
Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Chapel from 4-8 p.m. Wednesday.
Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. J.O. Smith officiating. Burial will be in Morgan Memorial Park.
