Grace H. Ousterhout, 93, of Cape Girardeau died Wednesday, Jan. 3, 2001, at her home.
She was born Sept. 26, 1907, in Allegan, Mich., daughter of Jacob and Grace Harriet Smith Banks. She first married Kenneth William Bond in February 1927. He died in 1959. She later married Earl Ousterhout in June 1960. He died in 1969.
Ousterhout had been a salesclerk at JCPenney in Kalamazoo, Mich.
She was a lifetime member of Royal Neighbors Society, Daughters of Rebekah, Women's Relief Corps, and VFW Ladies Auxiliary.
Survivors include two daughters, Beverly Breese of Cape Girardeau, Helene Garlock of Pekin, Ill.; a brother, Arthur Banks of Holland, Mich.; a sister, Gertrude Hurlbut of Gobles, Mich.; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
There is no visitation.
Graveside service will be held at a later date in Oakwood Cemetery in Allegan.
Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
