Grace Davis

ADVANCE, Mo. -- Grace M. Davis, 67, of Advance died Friday, May 28, 2004, at Advance Nursing Center.

She was born Oct. 25, 1936, at Painton, Mo., daughter of John and Irene Jones Davis.

Davis was self-employed most of her life in the construction and trucking industries.

Survivors include two daughters, Donna Carpenter of Advance, Phyllis Redman of Sanford, Fla.; two sisters, Weynona Kemp of Jackson, Dot Dannenmueller of Chaffee, Mo.; a brother, Floyd Davis of Advance; and four grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by her parents, a sister and two half brothers.

Friends may call at Morgan Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. Tuesday.

The funeral will be at 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Tom Zych officiating. Burial will be in Williams Cemetery at Perkins, Mo.
