ST. LOUIS -- Glennon J. Hunt, 89, formerly of Perryville, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 1995, at the Bethesda Dilworth Retirement Home in St. Louis.
He was born July 15, 1906, at Perryville, son of Charles A. and Louise J. Unvenferth Hunt. He and Mabel Emmendorfer were married Oct. 25, 1937.
Hunt was employed as a farmer. He was a member of the Holy Name Society and a life member of the Knights of Columbus.
Survivors include his wife of Perryville; two sons, Charles A. Hunt of Hillsboro and Harold T. Hunt of Festus; a daughter, Catherine L. Loucks of DeSoto; 11 grandchildren; and a great-grandchild.
Friends may call at the Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville from 4-9 p.m. today and from 6:30-9:50 a.m. Thursday. A wake service will be held at 7:30 p.m. today at the funeral home. The rosary will be recited at 9 a.m. Thursday at the funeral home.
Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Thursday at the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church in Perryville. The Rev. Kevin Fausz will officiate, with burial in the Mount Hope Cemetery in Perryville.
