Glenn A. Hunt, 91, a former Dexter, Mo., resident, died Wednesday, Jan. 23, 2002, at the Woodland Manor Nursing Center in Arnold Mo.
He was born Jan. 29, 1910, at Dudley, Mo., the son of James Milton Hunt and Minerva Powell Hunt. He married Veona V. Kilmer on Dec. 20, 1933, at Dudley. She preceded him in death on Dec. 5, 1980. He then married Ruby Miller on Feb. 18, 1983, at Dexter Mo., She preceded him in death on Dec. 4, 1996.
He was a member of the Dexter Church of Christ and a former trackman with Missouri Pacific Railroad.
He is survived by four sons, Ronnie Lee Hunt and Carlton Leroy Hunt, both of Arnold, Thomas Albert Wayne Hunt of Diamond Head, Miss., and Noel Nelson Hunt of Bowling Green, Ky.; 11 grandchildren and 23 great-grandchildren.
He also was preceded in death by his parents, a son and a stepdaughter.
Visitation will be from 4:30-9 p.m. Friday at the Rainey-Mathis Funeral Home in Dexter.
Services will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday at the funeral chapel with Tim Jorgensen and Dale Grissom officiating.
Burial will follow at the Dexter Cemetery.
