PERRYVILLE -- Funeral Mass for Glen J. Favier of Perryville will be held at 10 a.m. today at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery.

Friends may call at Young and Sons Funeral Home from 6:30-9:30 a.m. today.

Favier, 85, died Wednesday, Sept. 8, 1999, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

He was born March 12, 1914, at Silver Lake, son of Albert and Edith Schilling Favier. He and Rita E. Bach were married June 1, 1940.

Favier was a road and bridge construction worker. He was a member of St. Vincent's Church.

Survivors include his wife; two sons, Joe and Jerry Favier of Perryville; four daughters, Shirley Blechle of Old Appleton, Rita Rubel of Perryville, Jane Wright of New Orleans, La., Glenda O'Farrell of Doe Run; a sister, Ida Broker of Perryville; 18 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

He was preceded in death by a brother, four sisters, a grandson, and a great-grandson.
