GLEN F. BURK

MARBLE HILL -- Glen F. Burk, 92, died Sunday, Jan. 14, 1996, at Bond Nursing Care Center in Marble Hill.

He was born Sept. 4, 1903, at Glen Allen to Franklin and Caroline Sitze Burk. On Sept. 12, 1924, he married Fern Bollinger, who died Oct. 22, 1988.

He was a retired farmer and member of Lutesville United Methodist Church.

Survivors are two sons, Bill Burk of Willard and John D. Burk of St. Louis; seven grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by a brother and sister.

Visitation will be today from 5 to 8 p.m. at Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill. Services will be 1 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Gene Robbins officiating. Burial will follow in Bollinger County Memorial Park Cemetery near Marble Hill.
