Glen E. O'Neal, 93, of Cape Girardeau, died Monday, March 21, 1994, at the Deal Nursing Home in Jackson.
He was born June 13, 1900, at Gordonville, son of Edward and Elsie Kinder O'Neal.
He married Hazel Statler, Oct. 7, 1922, at Gordonville.
O'Neal was a farmer in the Gordonville area, and worked for Cape Egg and Feed in Cape Girardeau for 13 years. He moved to Cape Girardeau from his farm in Gordonville in 1952.
He was a member of the Christ Lutheran Church in Gordonville, where he served as a former trustee. He was also a member of the Democratic Central Committee for more than 20 years.
Survivors include his wife; a son, James E. O'Neal of Cape Girardeau; a grandchild and a great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by two brothers and three sisters.
Friends may call from 4-8 p.m. today at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel.
Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel, with the Rev. D. Lee Cullen Jr., officiating.
Burial will follow in Russell Heights Cemetery in Jackson.
