GLADYS F. UNTERREINER

PERRYVILLE -- Gladys F. Unterreiner, 84, of Perryville died Saturday, March 6, 1993, at Perry County Memorial Hospital.

She was born Aug. 1, 1908 in Perry County daughter of Emmett and Rose Huber Prost.

She married Carl J. Unterreiner on Dec. 28, 1941. He preceded her in death on Oct. 9, 1990.

Survivors include two sons, Thomas L. Unterreiner of Maryland Heights, Mo., and Leland Unterreiner of Perryville; daughter, Joyce Gibbar of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Gilmore Prost of Perryville and Merlin "Bob" Prost of Perryville; 10 grandchildren and two great grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother, Harvey Prost.

She was a teacher, and a retail store clerk.

She was a member of the St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church, past officer of the Western Catholic Union; and a member of the Ladies Sodality. She was a graduate of St. Vincent High School.

Service will held at St. Vincent de Paul Catholic Church at 10 a.m. Monday. Burial will be in St. Boniface Cemetery.

Friends may call at Young & Sons Chapel from 4 to 9 p.m. today, and from 6:30 to 9:45 a.m. Monday.

A parish wake service will be held at 7 p.m. today.
