CAIRO, Ill. -- Gertrude Z. Julian, 85, of Cairo died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at her home. She was born Oct. 17, 1913, in Olmsted, daughter of Thomas and Carrie Ramage Price. She married Claude Julian, who preceded her in death. Survivors include a son, Jerry Julian of Willow Park, Texas; four daughters, Mona Harmon of Pekin, Ruby Johnson of Cairo, Glenda Miller of Villa Ridge, Vivian Ellis of Ullin; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild...

CAIRO, Ill. -- Gertrude Z. Julian, 85, of Cairo died Friday, Oct. 15, 1999, at her home.

She was born Oct. 17, 1913, in Olmsted, daughter of Thomas and Carrie Ramage Price. She married Claude Julian, who preceded her in death.

Survivors include a son, Jerry Julian of Willow Park, Texas; four daughters, Mona Harmon of Pekin, Ruby Johnson of Cairo, Glenda Miller of Villa Ridge, Vivian Ellis of Ullin; 14 grandchildren; 18 great-grandchildren; and a great-great-grandchild.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.

Friends may call at the Julian home after noon today.

Funeral will be at her home at 2 p.m. Sunday, with the Rev. Kyle Kern officiating. Burial will be in Butterridge Cemetery at Ullin.

Barkett Funeral Home in Cairo is in charge of arrangements.
