GERTIE MYERS

MARBLE HILL -- Gertie Myers, 82, Marble Hill Route 2, died Monday, Dec. 30, 1991, at Bond Nursing Care Center here.

She was born Nov. 26, 1909, near Advance, daughter of David and Ada Helderman Bollinger. She married Marion L. Myers Feb. 29, 1988, at Farmington.

Myers was a graduate of Southeast Missouri State University. She was a retired teacher, and member of the United Methodist Church at Advance.

Survivors include her husband; three stepsons, C.H. Myers of Freeburg, Ill., Jack Myers of Paducah, Ky., Joe Myers of Markham, Ill.; a stepdaughter, Necie Bennett of Madison; a brother, Paul Bollinger of Jackson, and a sister, Caddie Gross of Advance.

Funeral service will be at 3 p.m. today at Morgan Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Virgil Bunch will officiate, with burial in Morgan Memorial Park.
