Survivors include a son, Ted Morgan of Las Cruces; two daughters, Joyce Mathenia of Sacramento, Calif., Edna Meyer of St. Louis; two brothers, Max Jones of Whittier, Calif., Burl Jones of Canalou; two sisters, Tess Bibler of Russellville, Ark., Clara Branch of Hector, Ark.; eight grandchildren, and 10 great-grandchildren...

BLOOMFIELD -- Gertie May Morgan, 93, of Las Cruces, N.M., died Sunday, May 22, 1994, in Las Cruces.

She was born May 12, 1901, in Broomfield, Ark., daughter of Robert and Delle Rose Jones.

Morgan was formerly of Bloomfield.

Friends may call at Chiles-Cooper Funeral Home from 5-7 p.m. Wednesday.

Graveside rites will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at Bloomfield Cemetery.
