Germaine Davis

Germaine Louise Davis, 90, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, Aug. 22, 2024, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born Aug. 12, 1934, in Cape Girardeau to Clifford and Marie Foeste Busche. She and George Davis were married for 69 years.

Germaine was a member at Grace Methodist Church in Cape Girardeau.

Survivors include her husband, George Davis; son, Chris Davis, and daughter, Sue (Cameron) Mitchell, all of Cape Girardeau; and granddaughter, Samantha Davis of Nevarre, Florida.

Germaine was preceded in death by her parents, two brothers and one sister.

There will be a private service, with the Rev. Linda Gastreich officiating.

Memorial contributions may be given to the Lutheran Home.

Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
