AFFTON, Mo. -- Gerald E. Murray of Affton died Saturday, Dec. 13, 1997. He was 78 years old.
He was born May 6, 1919, in Farmington. In 1944 he married Velma P. Ringenisen. He later married Roberta Reiff. He lived in St. Louis city, Hazelwood and St. Louis County and worked for Anheuser-Busch from 1943 to 1983.
He is survived by three daughters, Patricia Murray of Cape Girardeau, Donna (Larry) Fowler of St. Louis and Jeri (William) Bohnert of Cape Girardeau; three step-daughters, Ann Henkle and Teri (Greg) Utt, all of Hazelwood, and Debbie (Ken) Jarvis of Eureka; three sisters, Lucille Raack of Los Angeles, Calif., Nina House of Clinton, and Maxine Mustia of Sebring, Fla.; 13 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; our dear brother-in-law, uncle and friend.
Funeral from Kutis Affton Chapel, 10151 Gravois, Monday, Dec. 15, at noon. Interment was in Valhalla Cemetery. Contributions to the American Cancer Society.
