DENVER -- Gerald Andrew Glastetter, 51, of Denver died Saturday, Oct. 12, 1996, at the St. Anthony Central Hospital in Denver.
He was born Dec. 24, 1945, in Cape Girardeau, son of William and Bertha Backfisch Glastetter, who survive him.
He was employed as a chef at various Denver restaurants and a former member of St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso.
He is survived by a son, Robert Glastetter of Little Rock, Ark.; a daughter, Belinda Metzer of Little Rock; three brothers, Edward Glastetter of Kelso, Billy Glastetter of Scott City and Gary Glastetter of Cape Girardeau; and two sisters, Linda Kesterson of Oak Ridge and Laverne Bader of Kelso.
Friends may call at 4 p.m. Tuesday at the Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Scott City. Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Augustine Catholic Church in Kelso, with the Rev. Charles Prass officiating. Burial will be at the St. Augustine Cemetery in Kelso.
