Lloyd Gene Eddleman, 47, of Whitewater died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at his home. He was born Aug. 1, 1963, in Cape Girardeau, to Wayne Lloyd and Shirley Jean Mungle Eddleman. Lloyd Gene Eddleman, 47, of Whitewater died Tuesday, April 12, 2011, at his home.

He was born Aug. 1, 1963, in Cape Girardeau, to Wayne Lloyd and Shirley Jean Mungle Eddleman. He and Kimberly Gaye Wright were married May 15, 2010.

Gene attended Calvary United Pentecostal Church in Jackson. He was self-employed in the metal recycling business.

Survivors include his wife and parents of Whitewater; a stepson, Branden Cook of Martin, Tenn.; a stepdaughter, Brittany Rice of Millersville; a brother, Tom Eddleman of Whitewater; three sisters, Martha (Bryan) Craft and Tina (Thomas) Thorn of Whitewater, Carolyn Sue (Mike) Allison of Millersville; a niece and seven nephews.

He was preceded in death by two brothers, Eddie and Mark.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. today at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Home in Jackson.

The funeral will be at 11 a.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Charles Newell and the Rev. Ronnie Brown officiating. Burial will be in Old Salem United Methodist Cemetery near Millersville.
