JACKSON -- Gary E. Statler, 39, of San Jose, Calif., died unexpectedly Monday, Sept. 21, 1992, at his home. He was born Nov. 13, 1952, in Detroit, Mich., son of Paul E. "Gene" and Fern Wessel Statler. Statler graduated from Ohio University at Athens, majoring in accounting. He had worked for Gould in England and California, and for the past 10 years was associated with computer companies in California...

JACKSON -- Gary E. Statler, 39, of San Jose, Calif., died unexpectedly Monday, Sept. 21, 1992, at his home.

He was born Nov. 13, 1952, in Detroit, Mich., son of Paul E. "Gene" and Fern Wessel Statler.

Statler graduated from Ohio University at Athens, majoring in accounting. He had worked for Gould in England and California, and for the past 10 years was associated with computer companies in California.

Survivors include his parents of Jackson; two brothers, Keith Statler of Ann Arbor, Mich., and Brian Statler of St. Louis.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Friday at Cracraft-Miller Funeral Chapel. The Rev. Lawrence Eatherton will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 9-11 a.m. Friday.
