SCOTT CITY -- Gale Ann Dale, 50, of Scott City died Saturday, March 15, 1997. She was born June 29, 1946, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Otto and Augusta Walter Peetz. She married Arthur Dale on Nov. 23, 1968, and he survives her. She was a checker and checker trainer at Schnucks supermarket, a member of the Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City, Scott City R-1 School Board for 10 years, Missouri School Board Association Board of Directors and was president of that group in 1996-97. ...

SCOTT CITY -- Gale Ann Dale, 50, of Scott City died Saturday, March 15, 1997.

She was born June 29, 1946, in Cape Girardeau, daughter of Otto and Augusta Walter Peetz. She married Arthur Dale on Nov. 23, 1968, and he survives her.

She was a checker and checker trainer at Schnucks supermarket, a member of the Eisleben Lutheran Church in Scott City, Scott City R-1 School Board for 10 years, Missouri School Board Association Board of Directors and was president of that group in 1996-97. She was also a member of the nominating committee for the M.S.B.A.

She is survived by one son, Stephen Eugene Dale of Stillwater, Okla.; one daughter, Katherine Ann Dale of Scott City; and one brother, Walter Dean Peetz of Scott City.

She was preceded in death by her parents.

Friends may call after 5 p.m. today at Amick-Burnett Funeral Home in Scott City and from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Tuesday at Eisleben Lutheran Church. Funeral service will be 11 a.m. Tuesday at the church with the Rev. Joel Sarrault officiating. Burial will be in Eisleben Lutheran Cemetery.
