Gail Ann Miller, 61, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, July 11, 2016, at Barnes-Jewish Hospital in St. Louis.
She was born June 14, 1955, in Cape Girardeau to Fred Eugene and Geraldine Marie Norvell Dormeyer. She married Billy Gene Miller on July 16, 2002, in Charleston, Missouri.
She was a dog groomer at Dana's Pet Salon in Cape Girardeau.
She is survived by her husband, Billy Miller; a son, John Sutton of Festus, Missouri; a daughter, Cheri Zambelli of Grand Haven, Michigan; three stepsons, Billy Miller Jr., Matt Miller and Chris Miller of Cape Girardeau; two brothers, Paul Dormeyer of Arnold, Missouri, and Phil Dormeyer of Cape Girardeau; a sister, Jean Cox of Sikeston, Missouri; five grandchildren; and seven stepgrandchildren.
Visitation will be from 11 a.m. until time of service Thursday at Amick-Burnett Chapel in Scott City.
The funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Thursday at the chapel, with the Rev. Joseph Weidenbenner officiating. Burial will be in Lightner Memorial Cemetery in Scott City.
