Frederick Joseph Franey, 71, of Cape Girardeau died Monday, Aug. 19, 2013, at his home. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. until time of service Friday at McCombs Funeral Home in Cape Girardeau. Funeral service will be at 12:30 p.m. Friday at the funeral home, with the Revs. Zachery Strong and Phillip Roop officiating.
