WOLF LAKE, Ill. -- Fred R. Wilson, 77, of wolf lake, died Friday, Aug. 2, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.
He was born April 23, 1914, in Wolf Lake, the son of Alfred M. and Daisy Lyerla Wilson. He was a retired Pentecostal minister.
He married Francis Hale in Jackson on Dec. 19, 1933. She died Feb. 11, 1987.
He was a member of the First Pentecostal Church of Cape Girardeau.
Survivors are: three sons, Jack Wilson of Houston, Texas, Marvin Dale Wilson of Taylorsville, Miss., and Fred L. Wilson of Stafford, Va.; one brother, Robert Wilson of Wolf Lake; eight grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by one great-grandchild, four brothers and two sisters.
The funeral will be today at 1 p.m. at Norris and Sons Funeral Home in Jonesboro, Ill. The Rev. John E. Gourley will officiate. Internment will follow in the Jonesboro Cemetery.
