FRED R. STIEF

PERRYVILLE -- Fred R. Stief, 63, of Perryville, died Tuesday, July 21, 1992, at St. Anthony's Hospital in St. Louis.

He was born Nov. 24, 1928 in St. Louis, son of Charles and Thelma Groff Stief.

He had been a truck driver with Hermann Brothers in Clarksville.

He married A. Maurine Scott on Jan. 17, 1953 in St. Louis. She survives.

Also surviving are one son, Erich D. Stief of Perryville; and one brother, Raymond Stief of St. Louis.

A memorial service was held Thursday night at Miller Family Funeral Home in Perryville with the Rev. Don Estes officiating.
