ULLIN, Ill. -- Fred Hannan, 50, of Ullin died Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau. He was born Feb. 10, 1949, at Cairo, son of William and Marieta Reichert Hannan. He was owner of Hannan Farms in Olmsted. He was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Grand Chain and served on the parish council. ULLIN, Ill. -- Fred Hannan, 50, of Ullin died Monday, May 24, 1999, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

He was born Feb. 10, 1949, at Cairo, son of William and Marieta Reichert Hannan.

He was owner of Hannan Farms in Olmsted. He was a member of St. Catherine's Catholic Church in Grand Chain and served on the parish council. He was president and served on the board of directors of the Pulaski-Alexander County Farm Bureau.

Survivors include his wife, Pam; three daughters, Tracy Leigh Hannan, Jennifer Lauren Hannan and Rachel Alexis Hannan, all of Ullin; two sons, Andrew Martin Hannan and John Michael Hannan, both of Ullin; his mother of Olmsted; two brothers, Roger Hannan and Richard Hannan, both of Olmsted; and a sister, Mary Gould of Coral Springs, Fla.

He was preceded in death by his father, a sister and brother.

Visitation will be after 4 p.m. Wednesday at Barkett Funeral Home in Mounds, with parish prayers at 8 o'clock in the funeral chapel.

Funeral Mass will be said at 11 a.m. Thursday at St. Catherine's Church in Grand Chain, with the Rev. Bill McGhee officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
