FRED A. ROBINSON

Fred A. Robinson, 81, Cape Girardeau Route 2, died Monday, Nov. 11, 1991, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Sept. 11, 1910, in Cape Girardeau County, son of Goley and Alvina Schrader Robinson. He and Erna A. Keller were married Nov. 7, 1931, in Cape Girardeau. He died June 7, 1986.

Robinson was a dragline operator, retiring in 1971 from Penzel Construction Co. He was a member of Evangelical United Church of Christ and Operating Engineers Local 513.

Survivors include three daughters, Wanda James, Maxine Hale and Roxie Lindsay, all of Cape Girardeau Route 2; two sisters, Marie Schwepker and Irma Schwepker, Cape Girardeau Route 2; 12 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son and two brothers.

Funeral service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Thursday at Ford and Sons Mt. Auburn Chapel. The Rev. Jim Caughlan will officiate, with burial in Memorial Park.

Friends may call at the funeral home from 4-8 p.m. today.
