BERTRAND -- Franklin M. Sligar, 86, of Lincoln, Neb., died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, at his home. He was born Jan. 27, 1912, in Bertrand, son of James L. and Mary A. Jackson Sligar. Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, Daniel and Franklin Sligar of The Colony, Texas; a sister, Linda Parker of East Prairie; and seven grandchildren...

BERTRAND -- Franklin M. Sligar, 86, of Lincoln, Neb., died Tuesday, Nov. 3, 1998, at his home.

He was born Jan. 27, 1912, in Bertrand, son of James L. and Mary A. Jackson Sligar.

Survivors include his wife, Margaret; two sons, Daniel and Franklin Sligar of The Colony, Texas; a sister, Linda Parker of East Prairie; and seven grandchildren.
