Franklin D. Stone, 58, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, June 29, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center. He was born Sept. 2, 1936, at Cobden, Ill., son of John Henry and Clara Davis Stone. Survivors include two brothers, William Stone of Trenton, Ill., and George Stone of California; a sister, Mary Perry of Granite City, Ill.; two stepbrothers, Jim Haehnlein of East Ridge, Tenn., and Larry Haehnlein of Waupaca, Wis.; and a stepsister, Helen Scholz of Whitewater...

Franklin D. Stone, 58, of Cape Girardeau died Thursday, June 29, 1995, at St. Francis Medical Center.

He was born Sept. 2, 1936, at Cobden, Ill., son of John Henry and Clara Davis Stone.

He was preceded in death by two sisters.

Stone had been disabled for the last 11 years. Prior to that he was a handyman and laborer.

There is no visitation or service.

McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson is in charge of arrangements.
