Franklin D. Baker Sr., 62, of Fort Wayne, Ind., died Friday, Dec. 22, 2006, at Lutheran Hospital.
He was born May 23, 1944, in Cape Girardeau.
Baker was a machine operator with International Paper 33 years, retiring in 2006.
Survivors include his wife; two daughters, Monique Evans of Jackson, Moinea Lopez of Fort Wayne; two sons, Carey and Franklin Baker Jr. of Fort Wayne; three sisters, MIllie Mayes, Ruth Ann Cato and Lois Daye of Fort Wayne; two brothers, Emmett Baker Jr. and Rodney Baker of Cape Girardeau; and six grandchildren.
The funeral will be at 11 a.m. today at Waynesdale Baptist Church in Fort Wayne. The Rev. Wayne Tellion will officiate. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Park.
Klaehn, Fahl and Melton Funeral Home in Fort Wayne is in charge of arrangements.
