Frank Steck Jr., 44, of Memphis, Tenn., died Thursday, Dec. 12, 1991, at his home, following a lengthy illness.
Steck was a graduate of Central High School, attended Southeast Missouri State University and Memphis State University.
He was founder and administrator of Hair-Tek America, and founder of Stage One the Hair School in Memphis.
Survivors include his father, Frank Steck of Cape Girardeau; a brother, Tom Steck of Cape Girardeau, and a sister, Susan Koepp of Benton.
He was preceded in death by his mother, Colleen Steck.
Funeral service was held in Memphis, with entombment in Forest Hill Mausoleum Midtown.
