FRANK MENZ

ORAN -- Frank "Butch" Menz, 88, of Oran, died Thursday, Nov. 12, 1992, at Chaffee Nursing Center.

He was born April 20, 1904, at Randles, son of Joseph and Mary Halter Menz. He and Mildred Dick were married Feb. 22, 1927.

Menz was a retired laminator with International Hat Co. at Oran, and member of Trinity United Methodist Church here.

Survivors include his wife; a son, Glen Menz of Del Ray Beach, Fla.; four daughters, Deloris Lee of Chaffee, Joyce McVey of Flint, Mich., Mary Arnold of Mattawan, Mich., Vera Cook of Oran; 19 grandchildren, and 20 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by a son, five brothers and three sisters.

Funeral service will be at 2 p.m. Saturday at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Oran. The Rev. John Gregory will officiate, with burial in Forest Hills Memorial Garden near Morley.

Friends may call at the funeral home after 6 p.m. today.
