FRANK J. BIGLER

COBDEN, Ill. -- Frank J. Bigler, 92, of Cobden, died Sunday, Dec. 24, 1995, at the Union County Hospital in Anna, Ill.

He was born March 23, 1903, in Anna, son of Frank M. and Mary H. Basler Bigler. He and Julia E. Sauerbrunn were married March 4, 1933, at Cobden.

Bigler was a member of the St. Joseph Catholic Church in Cobden. He worked as a farmer in Union County.

Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Doris Rodgers of Anna; a son, Robert Bigler of Cobden; two sisters, Sue Borrer of Denver, Colo., and Barbara Bigler of Anna; nine grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by six sisters, two brothers, a daughter, two grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

Friends may call at the Lutz and Rendleman Funeral Home in Cobden from 9-11 a.m. Wednesday.

Funeral service will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Robert Schumacher will officiate, with burial in the St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery in Cobden.
