McCLURE, Ill. -- Frank Evertt Enloe, 78, of McClure died Saturday, Oct. 3, 2009, at National Health Care Center in St. Louis.
He was born April 6, 1931, in St. Louis to Frank E. and Elizabeth Kelly Enloe.
He was a veteran of the U.S. Army.
Mr. Enloe was a bus driver for Bistate Development Co. in St. Louis more than 33 years. He moved to McClure in May 1995.
He was of the Catholic belief, and a member of VFW Post 3838 in Cape Girardeau, and VFW Post 555 in St. Louis.
Survivors include two sisters, Alice Enloe and Ella (John) Warfield of Poplar Bluff, Mo.; two nieces, Karen Schmidt of St. Louis and Phyllis Montgomery of Poplar Bluff.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Mary E. Schmidt.
Friends may call from 2 to 9 p.m. today at Ford and Sons Mount Auburn Funeral Home. Parish prayers will be at 7.
Funeral Mass will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at St. Mary's Catholic Church, with the Rev. Tom Kiefer officiating. Burial will be at 2 p.m. at Jefferson Barracks National Cemetery in St. Louis, with full military honors by Missouri Honor Team.
Memorial contributions may be given to American Cancer Society.
