RANDLES, Mo. -- Frank "Mike" Dumey, 94, of Randles passed away Wednesday, May 4, 2005, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
He was born Feb. 8, 1911, at Kelso, Mo., son of Leo and Louise Enderle Dumey. He and Agnes C. Felden were married Sept. 14, 1932, at St. Ambrose Catholic Church in Chaffee, Mo.
Mike had been a farmer most of his life, having farmed in the Kelso, Rockview and Delta communities. He was a member of St. Ambrose Church and its St. Ambrose Men's Club. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, playing cards and spending time with his family.
Survivors include his wife; a son and daughter-in-law, Donald and Barbara Dumey of Bourbonnais, Ill.; two daughters, Pauline Loucks of Seal Beach, Calif., Joan Kight of Bell City, Mo.; a brother, Theon Dumey of Cape Girardeau; six grandchildren, Steven Dumey of Bourbonnais, Pamela Sommer of Bradley, Ill., Sandra Burnett and Debra Jones of Delta, Beth Dumey of Schaumburg, Ill., Lori Loucks of Huntington Beach, Calif., seven great-grandchildren, Nicolas and Noelle Dumey of Bourbonnais, Elizabeth Jones of Colorado, Justin Sommer of Bradley, Bridget Jones of Cape Girardeau, Krystal and Kendra Burnett of Delta; and two great-great-grandchildren.
He was preceded in death by four brothers; four sisters; a grandson, John Loucks; and a great-granddaughter, Jodi Lynn Sommer.

Friends may call at Amick-Burnett Funeral Chapel in Chaffee after 5 p.m. today. The rosary will be at 7.
The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Ambrose Church, with the Rev. Ralph Duffner officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery.
