SIKESTON, Mo. -- Frances M. Southard, 68, of Sikeston died Saturday, Jan. 24, 2004, at St. Francis Medical Center in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 21, 1935, in New Madrid County, Mo., daughter of Alfred and Irene Wilbanks Caudle. She married Teddy Southard, who died March 27, 1992.

Survivors include two sons, Lynn Rabey and Stanley Southard of Morley, Mo.; three brothers, Edward Caudle of Oran, Mo., Billy Caudle of St. Louis, Sam Caudle of Sarasota, Fla.; and two grandchildren.

Friends may call at Ponder Funeral Home from 5 to 8 p.m. today.

The funeral will be at 2 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home, with Bill Bradley officiating. Burial will be in Mounds Park Cemetery at Lilbourn, Mo.
