FRANCES MCKINNEY

CAIRO, Ill. -- Frances McKinney, 79, of Cairo, died Tuesday, Aug. 27, 1991, at Cape LaCroix in Cape Girardeau, Mo.

She was born May 31, 1912, in Miller City, daughter of Henry and Minnie Foster Mulcahy. She married William H. McKinney, who died in 1987.

McKinney was a member of Cairo Baptist Church.

Survivors include a sister-in-law, Ruth Mulcahy of East Cape Girardeau; a niece and four nephews.

She was preceded in death by three brothers, Clyde, Henry and Earl Mulcahy, and two sisters, Margaret Moore and Clara Guastella.

Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Cairo Baptist Church. The Rev. Larry L. Potts will officiate, with burial in Green Lawn Memorial Gardens at Villa Ridge.

Friends may call at Barkett Funeral Home here after 5 p.m. today, and at the church Thursday from 9 a.m. until time of service.
