Frances Koenig

PERRYVILLE, Mo. -- Frances T. Koenig, 83, of Perryville died Sunday, Oct. 17, 2004, at Perry County Nursing Home.

She was born April 23, 1921, in Perry County, daughter of John and Amanda Lorenz Koenig.

She was a seamstress and housekeeper, and was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church in Perryville.

Survivors include five brothers, Oliver Koenig, Marvin Koenig, Larry Koenig, all of Perryville, Ruben Koenig of California, Willis Koenig of Arnold, Mo.; three sisters, Evelyn Zahner, Viola Guemmer, both of Perryville, Jane Short of Old Appleton, Mo.

She was preceded in death by two brothers.

Friends may call from 5 to 8 p.m. today and after 6:30 a.m. Tuesday at Young and Sons Funeral Chapel.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Christopher Cole officiating. Burial will be in Immanuel Lutheran Cemetery in Perryville.
