CAIRO, Ill. -- Frances Lucille Travis, 73, of Cairo died Friday, Dec. 10, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau. CAIRO, Ill. -- Frances Lucille Travis, 73, of Cairo died Friday, Dec. 10, 1999, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.

She was born Feb. 15, 1926, in Alexander County, Ill., daughter of Harry and Abbie Rose Fitzgerald Winters.

She was a homemaker and a member of the Grace Baptist Church in Cairo.

Survivors include two sons, Danny and Roger Travis of Cairo; a daughter, Susie Tomasselo of Hebron, Ill.; a brother, Harry Winters of Rock Falls, Ill.; three sisters, Vivian Gordon of St. Louis, Dorothy Hunt of Louisville, Ky., and Catherine Bean of Bourbonnais, Ill.; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

Friends may call after 12:30 p.m. Monday at Jones Funeral Home in Villa Ridge, Ill.

Graveside service will be held at 1:30 p.m. Monday at Spencer Heights Cemetery at Mounds, Ill. The Revs. Terry Penix and Parvin Hall will officiate.
