Floyd Moore

The funeral for Floyd F. Moore of St. Charles, Mo., was held Dec. 7, 2002, at Baue Chapel of St. Charles. Burial was in St. Charles Memorial Gardens.

Moore, 65, died Tuesday, Dec. 3, 2002, at St. Joseph Health Center in St. Charles.

He was born Nov. 15, 1937, in Stoddard County, Mo., son of Edgar Luther and Minnie A. Yount Moore.

Moore was a graduate of Advance High School. He was an electronics mechanic 41 years at McDonnell Douglas in St. Louis. He was a member of McDonnell Douglas Retirees Club.

Survivors include his wife, Goldie Moore; a daughter, Angela Moore of St. Louis; two sons, Gordon Moore of St. Peters, Mo., John Moore of Everett, Wash.; a brother, Loyd Moore of Cape Girardeau; two sisters, Louise Jackson of Gipsy, Mo., Luella Schrader of Advance, Mo.; and eight grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother.
