GRASSY, Mo. -- Floyd Nelson Lincoln, 84, of Grassy passed away Friday, June 14, 2013, at his home.

He was born Jan. 20, 1929, in Lutesville, Mo., son of John Nelson and Pearl Rodgers Lincoln. He and Betty L. Easley were united in marriage July 5, 1947.

Lincoln served his country proudly in the United States Army, worked for the Ryder Trucking Company as a diesel mechanic, was a 32nd Degree member of the Masonic Lodge in Marble Hill., Mo. receiving his 50th-year pin, and was a member of the First Baptist Church in Marble Hill.

Survivors include his wife, Betty, of the home; son, Ronald Lincoln, of Granite City, Ill.; daughters Vicki Pendleton of St. Clair, Mo., and Paula Lincoln of St. Louis; five grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, three brothers and three sisters.

Visitation will be from 4 to 8 p.m. Monday at the Liley Funeral Home in Marble Hill with a Scottish Rites service.

Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Tuesday at the funeral home, with the Rev. Fred Ritter officiating. Burial will be in Baker Cemetery near Marble Hill.
