JACKSON, Mo. -- Floy Gertrude Pfeiffer, 86, of Jackson died Sunday, April 8, 2001, at Southeast Missouri Hospital in Cape Girardeau.
She was born Sept. 20, 1914, in Oak Ridge, Mo., daughter of William Bennet and Mary Hannah Lowes Breckenridge. She and Alfred Alvin Pfeiffer were married Nov. 14, 1937. He died May 4, 1982.
Pfeiffer was a member of Zion Lutheran Church in Pocahontas, Mo.
Survivors include three grandsons, Doug Pfeiffer of Perryville, Mo., Darryl Pfeiffer of Jackson, Duane Pfeiffer of Illinois; two granddaughters, Kathy Geisler and Kim Asselmeier of Perryville; and six great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by a son, a brother and three sisters.
Friends may call at McCombs Funeral Home in Jackson from 4-8 p.m. today.
Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. The Rev. Terry Culberson will officiate. Burial will be in Russell Heights Cemetery.
