EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Floy Marie Lowery, 90, of East Prairie died Sunday, June 27, 2004, at East Prairie Nursing Center. She was born June 15, 1914, at Scott City, daughter of Joseph and Jessie Mayfield Gottlob. She and Henry Lowery were married April 14, 1941. He died Nov. 20, 1984...

EAST PRAIRIE, Mo. -- Floy Marie Lowery, 90, of East Prairie died Sunday, June 27, 2004, at East Prairie Nursing Center.

She was born June 15, 1914, at Scott City, daughter of Joseph and Jessie Mayfield Gottlob. She and Henry Lowery were married April 14, 1941. He died Nov. 20, 1984.

Survivors include a daughter, Loretta Hedges of East Prairie; a brother, Roy Gottlob of Scott City; two sisters, Geraldine Dunn of Cape Girardeau, Fern Bryant of Evansville, Ind.; 15 grandchildren; 47 great-grandchildren; and 33 great-great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by two daughters, a brother and two sisters.

The funeral will be at 10 a.m. today at Shelby Funeral Home in East Prairie. Mike Johnson will officiate. Burial will be in Dogwood Cemetery.
