OLIVE BRANCH, Ill. -- Florence Fults, 87, of Olive Branch, died Saturday, Jan. 25, 1992, at Southwest Regional Medical Center in Ft. Myers, Fla.
She was born Feb. 18, 1904, in Willard, daughter of William Eli and Minnie Emaline Edwards Chism. She married Allen Fults Dec. 31, 1941.
Fults was a retired teacher and co-author of the book "Promised Land in Southern Illinois." She was a member of Olive Branch United Methodist Church.
Survivors include her husband, and a brother, Leslie Chisholm of Tampa, Fla.
Funeral service will be at 1 p.m. Thursday at Olive Branch United Methodist Church. The Rev. Jesse Bellamy will officiate, with burial in Olive Branch Cemetery.
Friends may call at Crain Funeral Home in Tamms after 5 p.m. Wednesday, and until 11 a.m. Thursday, and then at the church until service time.
