CHARLESTON -- Memorial service for Florence Ellen Crecelius of Tucson, Ariz., will be held at 10 a.n. today at Cornerstone Baptist Church in Tucson. The Rev. Doug Dannavant will officiate.

Crecelius, 74, died Thursday, Dec. 22, 1994, at St. Mary's Hospital in Tucson.

She was born Nov. 6, 1920, near Anniston, daughter of Rufus Edgar and Ollie Zimmer Barnhill. She and Calvin Crecelius were married Sept. 18, 1944.

Crecelius moved to Tucson several years ago, and was a member of Cornerstone Baptist Church.

Survivors include two sons, Fred Crecelius of Washington, D.C., Dennis Crecelius of Salem, Ore.; a daughter, Joanna Nelson of Tucson; two sisters, Emma Shew and Willie Howard of Charleston; nine grandchildren, and a great-grandson.

She was preceded in death by a brother and sister.
