Funeral Mass for Florence S. Burger of Cape Girardeau will be held at 10 a.m. Friday at St. Mary's Cathedral. The Rev. Roger Leveillee will officiate. Burial will be in St. Mary's Cemetery.

Friends may call at Lorberg Memorial Funeral Chapel from 4:30-8 p.m. today.

Burger, 82, died Tuesday, Oct. 31, 2000, at the Lutheran Home.

She was born July 14, 1918, in Scott County, daughter of Solomon J. and Alma Compas Hahn. She and Leo E. Burger were married March 4, 1935, at Jackson, Mo.

Burger was a supervisor at the former Lowenbaum Manufacturing Co. She was a member of St. Mary's Cathedral and its Council of Catholic Women.

Survivors include her husband; three daughters, Yvonne Werner and Nadine Davis of Cape Girardeau, Geraldine Fisher of Glen Carbon, Ill.; a sister, Viola Snider; six grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by a brother and a sister.
