FLORA P. PETOT

PERRYVILLE - Flora P. Petot, 86, a lifelong resident of Perry County, died Sunday, Aug. 4, 1991.

She was born Sept. 29, 1904, the daughter of William Boxdorfer and Emma Hoehn Boxdorfer. On Sept. 10, 1928, she married to John L. Petot. He died Aug. 8, 1972.

Survivors are: two daughters, Iva Sandlin of Silver Lake, Mo., and Alleen Janet of Perryville; two sons, William Petot and Harvey Petot, both of Perryville; three sisters, Lela Vernon, Emma Henneman and Linda Bohnert, all of Perryville; 19 grandchildren and 18 great-grandchildren.

She was preceded in death by one daughter, three sons, four brothers and one sister.

She was a member of the Daughters of Isabella.

The funeral will be Tuesday at 10 a.m. at St. Vincent de Paul Parish Church with Father Henry Grodecki officiating. Burial will be in Mt. Hope Cemetery. Visitation will be today from 3:30 p.m. with wake service set at 7 p.m.
